Interview was 15 mins long,My interview was conducted by the owner and the general manager of the place. Asked me about general questions, what I was doing at time, did I have valid permit, if my shcedules were felixble ..pretty general stuff. Then they moved on to asking kitchen safety, sanitization question like if i know how to properly clean and maintain my station. overall the interview process was not that challenging.
