Simple and quick. The recruiter asks basic but thoughtful questions. Doesn't waste your time. Mine was over the phone and lasted maybe 10 minutes. They were very friendly and interested in what I had to say. They were also very open about the position and if I had any questions.

Why do you want to coach What do you bring to the program? you get to learn about the company's values and its mission statement. South Bronx United seeks to bring about change in an underserved and impoverished neighborhood of the Bronx.
Very thorough process. Had 2 phone interviews and then was invited into the office to meet with 3 staff members as well as 2 students that participate in the program. All staff were approachable and receptive to my question. Some pressed for more details on a few questions. Student panel was really enjoyable and an impressive practice that shows the org's value of student opinion.
