friendly and explained all possible outcomes. asked general questions about my resume and experience. hiring was dependent upon the screening of actual skills from the national screeners. hiring has 3 options. outright, with a program, or asked to come back in a few months. the screener is appropriate to the job and feedback is appropriate.

Interview
There is no interview. After a manager receives your resume, you will be contacted by email to schedule an appointment to come in and record a video of yourself interpreting different scenarios for skills assessment purposes. That video then gets sent off to be reviewed by someone other than the manager that interviewed you. It takes several weeks to get the results. After they've received the results, you need to complete a urine test, and background check. The paperwork process is extremely lengthy.
