The company reputation and the position appeared highly appealing. However, towards the final interview, the interviewers didn't even exert any effort to provide any feedback or show interest in a presentation I spent time to put together. Very condescending too. If they find my presentation boring or long then they could've cut me and asked me information they want to know. Good luck with finding a pioneering team that pretty much will build this new department with such low compben offer. Overall, package isn't great at all - actually just the bare minimum. And these white people expect you to GRIND for them.
