I've been contacted at first from the HR team to do a phone interview. We talked about the company, about my work background and also for a casual chat. After that I did a practice test (a leaflet design) to have an overview of my skills. Then I had a video interview with my actual director to talk more about my work background and my design vision. As a final interview, I had another video call with the Company's Chairman that explained me all the history of the company and their core values.
During the all process the HR team has been incredibly available and helpful.
