Interview
Easy process that will get you in without trying or needing preparation. Really based on their short-of-staff situation and how many employees they need at the time. Pay is minimum wage for the start.
I was brought into the dining area where I sat down with the current manager. We went through my resume together and I was asked some very basic questions, mostly pertaining to my availability. At the end of the interview I was offered the position and taken into a different part of the building to pick out some shirts.
Interview with the supervisor and then another interview with the manager. Offer was with the manager to start off as a cook and possibly move to help with serving. They wanted part timers.
