At first the interview process was excellent with great communication and quick turnaround times however, unfortunately I later had a very bad experience. After my first round of interviews I was called in for a second round which I was super excited about but happened to be rescheduled two times on Somo’s end. The actual interviews went very well. A few days later I was informed that the position was filled and that I was no longer a candidate for the role which was fine. Three weeks later I was contacted by the same recruiter again both through Email and LinkedIn that the position was open again and due to my past interviews and the fact that they liked my resume/portfolio/profile a lot they, would like to push me to a final round of interviews, this was on a Tuesday. I was very delighted about this opportunity because from the start I really wanted to work at this company. My final round interview was scheduled for that Thursday and the day before Somo rescheduled it to Friday the next day. After preparing very thoroughly for this important final interview, it was cancelled and hour before the time it was scheduled. I was really hoping this time around that I could potentially get the job, but the overall experience throughout the process was pretty rough.
