Interview
It is divided into 4 rounds.
1 technical round
- indepth of nodejs, reactjs, JavaScript
- snippet on JavaScript
- one leetCode (easy) problem need to solve in 15 minutes, brute force method is also accepted
2. Assignment to build small application
- using Nodejs, react and your choice DB
- need to finish in given time
3. Code review
- explain the code from back-end to front-end,
- optimize the code
4. CEO round
- non technical,
- questions on who you actually are.
Overall a unique process, all the people who took my interview and all the HRs whom I talk with, are extremely helpful and have deep knowledge about their domain..

Interview
if you are going to give a interview here, don't waste your time my friend. They even don't know what they want.
if you apply for any position random things happens on interview. they ask question non relative to job or tech you applied. Many people told me not to apply here. and here i am.
they ask to complete assignment in some deadline of 2-3 hours with any tech. obesely you use your tech in which you are strong.
last words of every interview will be same ," you are good at tech you used for assignment but we are not looking for that"
