Solsten Senior Frontend Developer interview questions

The company found me on Linkedin and arranged a sceening call with me. During the interview company representative told me about the next steps in my application process. Then, less than 15 minutes after the call, I've got a generic rejection email from them. I see this way of recruiting disrespectful to candidate's time and major red flag about the company.
