Interview
A six week process, with five interviews. I thought it was going very well and was an organic fit; but did not receive an offer, nor any feedback as to why. After that much time invested, some type of feedback would have been appreciated to better my skills in the future.
I've requested feedback from the recruiter at Enspira (twice) with no response. I wish I were coached better by the recruiter as to what to expect from each round of interviews. There was no transparency into the overall process and seemed unorganized.

General questions, tell us about yourself, etc. It was just numerous times with numerous people. The interview was natural and a great way to get to know the people and culture. There was just too much lag time between interview rounds with no guidance, feedback or direction.
