Solartis Associate Software Engineer interview questions

Worst interview process. I cracked the coding round by solving all 3 qns. Next was technical interview round where i was rejected unwantedly. The interviewer was very rude. He was not even seeing my face and kept on seeing his laptop. It was dis respectful. He asked some dumb questions. He asked syntax for getting month from a date in SQL. Usually i wont memorize syntaxes. But im very good at problem solving and solved lots of problems in leetcode,gfg,... For software engineer role they must assess the problem solving capacity of a candidate. But he rejected for not knowing a silly syntax. Totally waste interview qns. Another guy who dont even solve problems got selected by just answering simple python qn.
