I was contacted by a recruiter the next morning after submitting my resume. She conducted a roughly 30 minute interview by phone and then asked if I could come in for an interview with a couple of the Regional Sales Managers that afternoon. It was 1.5 hr drive with little notice but I just got dressed quickly and headed out the door. I met with two RSM's and the interview lasted about 45 minutes. While I was driving home I got a call from the recruiter offering me the job. From the time I submitted my resume to the offer was just under 24 hrs. These folks move fast!

Brief 30 min phone convo asked a range of questions, they try to determine weather or not you will be a good fit for a sales position depending on your personality and skill set .
