Solar Topps Design Engineer interview questions

CEO called me for interview, which is weird in first place. There's no proper communication at all. There was no interview. He promised me that they'll have e trained (which never happened). I flew from Michigan for this job. The weekend before my first day of job, this guy emailed me saying, this is a no promise position, we may discontinue it. On my first day of job, he asked me for my education background.. (What the hell?)
