I was emailed about the position first. At which point the recruiter set up a 30 minute phone interview. Following the phone interview, the recruiter had me come in for a in person interview. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire as well as a paper saying I could not turn down an assisgnment I would be assigned for any reason.
