the first round is go through HR phone call, then followed by two rounds of video interview with hiring managers and HR together... it was a very quick hiring process......
The interview was structured and technical, with clear questions on equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and semiconductor process knowledge. The panel was professional and focused on real-world scenarios, giving good insight into Soitec’s engineering culture and expectations.

Applied online, HR called within few days to schedule interview the following week. Received rejection a week after interview. Overall interview was okay but personal data was leaked to external parties irrelevant to recruitment process, extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
