Phone interview. We will be asked for a interview. And then someone calls you up and the interview begins. You will asked some questions on your motivation and background. Once you finish the interview, You will be able to tell you passed or not, I passed and was asked to wait for 2 -3 weeks. It can take more than that because of the current situation.

The hiring process takes awhile and the interview process was very quick I was in and out of the interview in 30 minutes the person who hired me was very polite and upfront on what they were looking for in an employee
