Their process is transparent but lengthy. They have had growing pains and I think they are putting people through an interview gauntlet to avoid bad hires. The problem is good hires won't waste the time required to jump through the hoops.

Interview with hiring manager and then a peer. Both interviews were sub par, I still do not know what the day to day is like as they couldn't articulate the role or responsibilities.
