Lengthy interview process - many months with several rounds culminating in a Grand Oral (presentation + defense) with executive members of the bank (CEO presence is possible). First steps are logic tests and preliminary interviews, then a group interview and finally the Grand Oral

Question 1
To name members of the board of directors. You also get a quote and need to build a 10-15 minute speech off of this.
Three-step process with a written exam, followed by an assessment center if successful (online test, HR interview, group exercise), and a final grand jury. The entire process took overall 5 months between the application and the offer.

First logic test with sequences and grid matching and a personality test (all online), then in person test with other people and a business game entirely in English, then HR which lasts very long, tedious and many questions on the fit of your personality, then final round oral presentation
