It was 2 technical round 1 Managarial round. Process is very messed up. After technical rounds they asked my documents and then had managarial round which was very easy but after that they ghosted me. No reply to followups and not answering calls. Its very bad to just sit there with no proper closure. I request HR team to provide candidate with result atleast when you reject someone after manager round. It is not a good attitude to ghost candidates who will have so much hope.

The staffing agency in society generale refer our profile for literally any role. They send wrong JD and only after going there we get to know role is something else I was called for Angular .net core interview but role was for winforms However i cleared 2 rounds of technical interviews and also sent documents on the same day after 4 days finished manager round. But its been 4 weeks . No HR is giving updates on the offer. No reply to followups. After going till manager round its a basic courtesy to give interview update. It is really disappointing. Before attending interview 10 people will call and make sure we attend the interview. After interviews no one bothers.
