Social Media Delivered interview questions

There was a phone interview followed by an in-person interview. There were a lot of your typical interview questions like, "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" and "What is your experience with social media marketing?" Not anything to out of the ordinary and the interviewer was friendly, but a little intense. The process was very quick.

We began with a referral call from the CEO. Then we scheduled a pre-screening phone interview with CEO. Face to face interview with President. Personality test that matched the job to the individual's strengths and weaknesses. Sample of work/portfolio review.
