Question 1
- One of the representatives of the company asked a lot of questions such as "Why are you interested in joining our company", "What skills and experiences do you have that would make you a valuable asset to our team"
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Social Entrepreneur Corps
Interview
I submitted a couple essays and a spanish language evaluation through my university. In the second round I had a Skype interview with the country director for the specific country I applied to, where she told me what to expect in the field (bucket showers, no internet, spotty electricity, long hours... nothing I hadn't expected) and asked if I had any questions. The interview is mainly to make sure potential interns know this isn't a vacation. It's work, but it's really fulfilling.

Interview
You send in an application with several short essay questions. They eventually get back to you and inform you if you have an interview with a supervisor in the country you will be working in. The interview is either over the phone or over skype. In a few weeks they get back to you and say you have an offer or not. You have several weeks to accept or decline the offer.
