I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snowflake in Aug 2024
Interview
Was referred to recruiter from internal employee - had initial phone conversation with recruiter, then several conversations with hiring manager who seemed impressed and said next step would be to speak to SE, then his mgr, VP and panel interview - said to give him a week to connect me with SE - then everything went silent - I kept following up with hiring manager via email, but no response then chased down recruiter who stated they went with another candidate - I didn't mind that, just hated to chase recruiter for follow-up info (why negative rating) - recruiter stated there would be future openings coming soon - but it seemed strange to me that hiring manager seemed impressed then nothing - I hope recruiters would give constructive feedback.

Question 1
What do you know about Snowflake?
Why do you want to join Snowflake?
Tell me about a deal you won?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Snowflake (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Very unprofessional process the HM was a sleepy head who was not aware about his own product portfolio. Neither did the HM understand his own business or what they are seeking in a candidate. HM was clear that Snowflake was not interested in previous AI sales experience which was a lot different than their marketing messages.
