First few interviews over zoom were conversational, insightful, and well run. The last in person interview was less well run - presentation + mock call in front of three people. Some snarky, condescending comments from one individual but the rest ran the interview okay. More time should have been given to prepare the turn around was quick.

Interview
Final Round interview was a mock cold call. The interviewer picked a prospect from linkedin to portray. He demonstrated a classic stone wall objection - "Why should I tell you that?" And "I'm not sharing that" during discovery questions. Interesting choice to run a mock cold call during an interview like that. As a professional with almost a decade of experience it was easy to overcome, but I would not move forward with this company. They do not set apllicants up for success and I fear that entry level applicants will easily fail this part.
