Applied online through company website. Contacted by recruiter for initial phone screen a couple of weeks after applying. Then interviewed with the department head in the next few days. Offer was made not too long after that.

Interview
Very positive and enjoyable experience. Interviewers were polite and very helpful answering any questions I had. I heard back very fast from them after the interview, which was nice and didn’t make me feel like they left me hanging.
