Question 1
What campus partners would be possible collaborators and in what capacity?
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Smith College in Apr 2021
Interview
First interview was on Zoom for 30 minutes. Then I was called for a campus visit. I had to do demo teaching in front of students and committee members. Then I had hours of very long and intense interviews with most people from the department.
Did one phone screen with a group, then came on campus for a 4 hour plus interview. The previous person in this position had passed away, so it was a little tense and awkward. My in person interviews were like being in front of a firing squad. Very intense and not a great vibe overall. This was a higher level position and the pay was less than what I had been making in the role I was trying to leave. It was a joke.
