I applied online. I interviewed at Smiles Change Lives
Interview
I had one phone interview and an in person interview at their Kansas City office.
I was aware that it was a part time job and had clarified I was in a great position to take it. I was asked inappropriate questions about how I would make money outside of the job and how I will get healthcare, which I had already said was not an issue for me. I had just graduated a few months prior and had a place to live rent free downtown that would require no relocation (all of which I had mentioned in my phone interview). I was asked incredibly difficult questions that had no right answer. No matter what I said, it was followed up with "but what if..." and I felt like I was being made fun of at some points.
After the interview, I was given a tour of the office but I never heard back from them, even after I sent thank you notes. It was a terrible interview experience.

Question 1
How will you get healthcare [as they did not offer any for the part time position]?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Smiles Change Lives
Interview
Process took FOREVER. I applied in January, had the first Skype interview the next week. Went in for an in-person interview the second week of February. Didn't hear back that I had gotten the job until MAY. Apparently I should've taken this as a warning sign, as when I finally started working there I was told they were surprised I stuck around in the process for as long as I did.
