The interview for Smash Burger was easy. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. The interview lasted around 30 mins. The onboarding was quick and simple. Overall it was a good experience.
It was okay it really depends on your manager and how he runs the store and the interview was pretty easy again it depends on who is interviewing you but overall it's an okay place to work at.
