Interview
It was a great experience and the interview schedule was flexible and they made me feel comfortable and willing to adjust the time for the interview schedule and process. They are very nice especially the System Architect and the CEO. I enjoyed discussing the role with them. I did received an offer but did not able to continue accepting it due to the current situation of my current company.

I've applied to this position numerous times now and I still have not heard anything back. I even called and was told that the hiring manager does not take calls.

Hi Anonymous,
That's true. Unfortunately, we get a lot of inquiries for the positions we post and we don't have the resources to respond to everyone.
We do make it very clear on each of our postings on our career page that we only contact successful candidates. Here is the copy/paste: "Please Note: Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted."
On a personal notes - I appreciate the time you and every other candidate takes to put together a thoughtful submission. :)
