The interview was very comfortable and nothing out of the ordinary. There were a few technical questions, but nothing you wouldn’t expect if you’re applying for a service desk role. Overall, the interview focused more on personality than technical skills, mainly to see if you’d be a good fit within the current team.

The interview process consisted of two online interviews on MS Teams. Each interview was conducted by current software engineers at the company. 1st interview: chat with software engineer at company. 2nd interview: chat and live coding session with three software engineers.
