There was a trial shift instead of interview, there was two of us put on the shop floor, we were given a quick tour of the shop and shown how to measure people, then whoever got the highest sales got the job.

Just be open and honest they are after real people. Just a chat in a small office alone one to one with the manager, dress well, turn up early took about 15-20 minutes

The interview never happened. Waiting over an hour with pathetic excuses when I questioned how long it would be I was asked to fill out any paper application form that I had already done online before been offered the interview. Completely unprofessional and I eventually got bored if waiting and left .
