I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Slalom (Scottsdale, AZ) in Aug 2015
Interview
I spoke with the Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager (Shane) over email briefly and set up a time to talk in person. When I came in, I spoke with Shane about my experience and goals for my career. He was very welcoming and easy to talk to. I was introduced to my potential manager and spoke with him for a little while about my experience as well. The next day I had a slightly technical phone screen about my experience and technologies that I have worked with. Finally, I came in to speak with the GM about my life and how I got where I am. The whole process was extremely comfortable and friendly.
