Three rounds of interviews and straight forward discussions on role and potential fit. Decision was timely and on boarding was quick and painless. Salary negotiation was open and with market demand.

What would you prefer future career path - technical or functional?
Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.

Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
