Connected with a Sr Director on LinkedIn and he in turn connected me to the HR. HR round was very simple . It was telephonic and the HR was very nice and friendly to talk to . It didn't appear like a formal interview but more like a casual chat

Question 1
I was asked the reason I want to change my job , my previous job experience , nCino config skills , nCino and Salesforce certifications
Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.

Four separate 30 minute interviews. Each with a different individual. Each interview was supposed to be focused on one thing like culture or technical skills, but in reality the interviewers did what they wanted.

Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
