Applied to the role, did not get any response for 3 months and then a recruiter reached out saying they were busy. Finally get on a call and have a great chat, and the recruiter showed immense interest and said they want to schedule the next interview. And even gave me a time to schedule, but NOTHING, i followed up after a few days but nothing. The funny thing is the recruiter even viewed my profile on Linkedin but NOTHING. I would have really appreciated at least an email. And this was not the 1st time, the same thing happened with another role within Slalom. Really disappointing folks.

Interview
The interview process included a phone interview with a recruiter and two in-person interviews at the office. Although I advanced through multiple stages, the process ultimately did not move forward.

What do your friends, family members, and colleagues tell your personality?
There were 4 rounds of meeting with a series of individuals. The meeting and purpose lacked direction and seemed mostly exploratory in nature. Decided to discontinue engagement after a request for another presentation. No clear objective.

It was a long process: several rounds of virtual calls, spread out over 45+ days. However, I felt like my interviewers were excited to learn about me and wanted me to succeed.
