I applied through university. I interviewed at Slalom (New York, NY)
Interview
Start to finish, the process was incredibly pleasant. I applied on my campus career portal over the winter break, and was contacted about a phone screen within a couple weeks. A few weeks later, after another telephone interview, I was invited into the office for several back to back interviews with the team I'd be working with. Everybody I spoke to was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and how I would fit at the company.
Thank you for taking a minute to share feedback regarding your recruiting process with Slalom! We're happy to read you found the process pleasant throughout, and that you'll be interning with us as a result!
First round is a phone screen with HR with general questions about fit and motivation, second round is a case interview, then final round with a senior consultant which is more conversational

Interview
The interview was very personal based the first time. I went through 3 interviews, 1 being a case study. Everyone was very friendly and offered great advice. The process took place online and in person. The recruiter that helped me though the process was very supportive and offered a lot of help on getting through the interviews.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2021
Interview
From a few years ago - a typical interview process for intern level. First, a screening call then a panel interview on behaviorals and company values. Friendly and good experience overall.
