Had a discussion with recruiter on phone first. Then a "coffee chat" type interview with a leader in the practice I was going for. Then another interview with someone in my practice, followed by two more interviews with the practice lead and head of the office.

Why Slalom? Specific consulting experience questions. Working style. Working on different types of projects (tech implementations, teams sizes, etc.)

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
