I first met with the recruiter for coffee after she found me on LinkedIn. This was followed by 4-hour onsite where I met most of my team and my people manager. Finally, an interview with our practice area director. It was pretty extensive, but they moved relatively quickly. The whole process from start-to-finish was about two weeks. The whole time, I felt like I had a good opportunity to figure out if they were a good fit for me. The recruiter was great and kept me very informed the whole time.
