I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom in Nov 2016
Interview
Pre-interview: Lunch with hiring manager; First round: Interviews with hiring manager, his peer, his boss; Second round: Another person in my target role, potential team members in other roles, head of the office practice. Folks were friendly and courteous all around; no gotcha-style questions or case interviews. Focused more on practical experience and knowledge of industry best practices.

Question 1
Walk me through how you would approach this project
4 rounds of interviews. Very casual. They asked about my background and my goals. I was given time to ask questions about the firm, as well. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.

From the moment I applied, the entire process was impressively smooth and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the team reached out to schedule our initial conversation. The interview itself was well-structured and engaging, with thoughtful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experience.
