I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2022
Interview
The hiring and interview process at slalom was super structured. From my first intro call with my recruiter to receiving an offer. I went through a total of 3 interviews. I met with a same level peer and capability Director. Each round of interview were more complex than the previous. However each interviewer made it priority to get to know me on a personal level. The turn around from first interview to receiving the offer was only 2 weeks. Slalom has very streamline process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Slalom (Dallas, TX) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I first met with a recruiter in person to discuss the different service teams at Slalom to see where my project experience would best fit. After that there was a 1st and 2nd round interview with the Delivery Team leadership to discuss my past project experience and behavioral questions. Slalom was very fast about extending an offer, I heard back on the same day after my last round interview.
