I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2016
Interview
Interview process was multi-part and mostly informal. Decision making criteria was vague and long drawn-out. Little insight provided around next steps or timeframes. Ultimately was told the position was being refactored and withdrawn, although I am aware that it was offered to another candidate; lack of honesty and feedback was less than ideal.

Question 1
Walk me through how you would approach this project
4 rounds of interviews. Very casual. They asked about my background and my goals. I was given time to ask questions about the firm, as well. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why you want to work at Slalom.
From the moment I applied, the entire process was impressively smooth and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the team reached out to schedule our initial conversation. The interview itself was well-structured and engaging, with thoughtful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experience.
