I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Slalom (Denver, CO) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process took 9 months in total. There was a hiatus of several months so the process was a bit disjoint. Once things picked up steam it took a few months to tie things up. There were about 7 interviews total during the process. Some interviews were on the phone and the rest were conducted face-to-face. All the interviewers were very impressive with their background, rigorous and thought-provoking questions. We covered a wide-range of topics around the technology stack and there were plenty of opportunities to get to know people on a more personable level. Cultural fit is a requirement to gain entry into Slalom. If you can pass the interview muster you should pat yourself on the back.

Q: Tell me about the most difficult project you have worked on in your career and how you handled the challenges?
I had a phone call with recruiter. We had a great conversation about my skills but there wasn’t a cloud architect position open in Boston. They said that they would look into something similar that would work for my skill set but i never head back.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2021
Interview
I had a total of three interviews for both technical and personality fits with the company over a couple weeks. Each of the interviews were via Zoom and about 45 minutes long.
