3 part interview process, phone call, in person and ride along. Ask questions about your personality to see if you have the drive to make it in the competitive role.
A quick phone call was followed up by a google Meet interview. They texted/called me and offered an opening for an interview. Not sure how they collect recruits but they were very open (maybe too open) to having new members.
