- Wasted my time and energy!! 550km of driving, Took one day of holiday from work for the final interview that sounded very promising from their side (Recruiter said: "They want someone fast, they like you, etc") - yes I applied thru consultancy company... - Extremely long interview process, started one year ago with first interview on Teams with two person from Skysoft, from that interview I suspected already that they don't know what questions to ask or idk.. anyway - Position is open since at least 1.5 years and dozens of consultancy companies contacted me about it -> that's a red flag, because it means it's just another company that wants to keep the position open giving fake hope to us and to consultancy companies/recruiters - Position is Requirements and Test engineer which is already 2 jobs in 1, but!! in face2face interview they also asked me if I touched the code or did some code design, that means I’ll work 3 jobs in 1? => that's red flag!! - Interview questions quite ordinary that you find on a simple search on google: how you handled a bug that you found, how would you handle X in that situation etc - In interview they bring persons hired weeks/months ago.. they don’t have more experienced people? - No technical interview, they were not aware if I had one or not, How do they track their interviewees progress? Also interview lasted less than one hour because was almost 16:00 and they give option only Tuesday or Wednesday, do they work around weekend, or after 16:00?? This is more like France work culture, not Switzerland... - Rejected, main reasons: Not enough requirements engineer and ATM experience (then why you invite me to final interview? This is clearly visible from my CV/first interview on Teams). - I talked with other consultancy companies and also they complained about them that they reject people continuously - No basic human skills when receiving someone, no water/coffee offered, I had to put my umbrella on the floor and my jacket on the chair, no rack available and they didn’t care (but I saw this is a general thing in Switzerland, they really don't have experience in how to acquaint people...) - No indications given how to arrive there, if there's parking, etc, I had to ask, and there is not parking but you can park at Holiday Inn which is not far. - After reading reviews here about Skysoft and also others, this country makes me understand more and more that the main scope is money and not quality nor safety… I hope I’m wrong - Good luck if you wanna take the risk and work with them
