I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Skaled (New York, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
I was reached out to through a recruiter, and then interviewed with a VP. He was very straight forward with me about what they were looking for, and it seemed like the recruiter didn't look to see if I had the qualifications they needed.

He asked about my experience and determined I wasn't a good fit for the role.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Skaled (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn in late 2016, was contacted by Matthew Lopez (then principal, now partner) and we had a video interview which was mostly behavioral. Mr. Lopez has shown high level of un-professionalism though, saying that he'd respond to my application by end of week, for the past 6 weeks! He has now stopped communicating / replying anymore, without letting me know if I am being considered for the next step or out of the recruiting process.
This is not something one can expect from a startup, given how agile a startup needs to be in today's circumstance. And please show some respect to your 'potential' employees, doesn't play well for your company.
P.S - Will decline the offer even if I get one. One should not work with a company where potential hires are not shown respect.
