I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sixsense Strategy Group (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2020
Interview
applied online and received an interview invitation for the following week. The admin lady was quite dismissive and you could tell she was doing many of these in a row. Didn't really try to get to know me much. also she was doing the interview in what seemed to be her closet? There were clothes hanging in the background was pretty weird/unprofessional.
30 min screening call with hiring manager
48 hour 2 part take-home assessment - written review of three scientific articles and a case study. The case study was not beginner - it was ambiguous and long. After spending most of my 48 hours on the case study I found out they do not even look at presentation decks if you do not pass their criteria for the written assessment. It is inconsiderate and a waste of time.

Interview
The compensation offered to me was astonishingly low when compared to industry standards. I felt genuinely offended that I had invested so much of my time and effort into the 48-hour case study

Interview
Overall negative.
First round was great, and HR manager seemed very nice and considerate. However, after progressing to the second round which required submitting two assessments (taking 2 business days to complete) they showed absolutely no courtesy toward the applicant when rejected. Provided no feedback, and were not responsive afterwards when inquiring for more details about the application.
