The interview Process started with a 1 hour long written test in which they asked about basic core java, java frameworks, JSP, jQuery and JavaScript questions. Based on the score in this test I was selected for the next level which consist of 3 rounds of technical face to face rounds and one interview with the hiring manager. The difficulty level of technical rounds were average and you can crack it if you have a good understanding about java, its frameworks like Spring and Hibernate and a good knowledge on front end technologies. The f2f rounds started by 1 and the three technical rounds were over by 4.
Next was the interview with hiring manager, she started asking me usual hr questions, after 5 minutes another employee came to the room and asked her if she could come out. She asked me to wait in the room and said she will be back, Guys, believe it or not I waited there for 1 hour and she didn't come back. At last i got out of the room, went to the security officer and explained him the situation. His reply was "she already left the office half n hour back!". ... Waat??? She asked a candidate to wait and left the office? I have attended lot of interviews and have never experiences something like this from any hiring managers.
if any of you guys are planning to take an interview with SiriusXM a small piece of advise - make sure that the interviewer stays in the office atleast till your interview is over !
