I was interview by the team manager which takes an hour and then I was interview by the director of operations which takes another hour. The team manager tells me about the position and about the company. Ask me about my past jobs, very standard questions, nothing technical. The director came in and ask me the same standard questions, but he ask me some minor technical questions and some judgement questions. At the end of the interview, the director said would I be able to come in for a second interview?
