SiriusDecisions interview questions

The entire interview is based off an email prompt that you have to send to a client. The recruiter made me wait for another week until a final answer and essentially told me I was perfect except for the email.

The interview process was fairly straight forward and they moved me forward quickly. There were clear cut expectations at each level, and the entire organization was very helpful at each step and setting up the next levels. The presentation was well thought out and there was plenty of support leading up to it. All in all one of the best experiences I've had with a company HR and the interviewing process. EX connected with HR with a different role earlier in the year and after a good discussion mutually agreed that role was not the best fit for me but recommended a better fit role, once role opened up in my area was very quick to respond and plug me into the interview process, only pausing to reconnect at my discretion to touch base on new developments and hiring goals. Hiring manager were very professional and friendly through out entire process, making it feel like a true two way interaction around fit. My recommendation do the work and be honest and it will become apparent if this the organization for you.
