Very informal, almost improvised process.
Discussion with hiring manager, then HR, thats all. Behavioral questions only, mostly trying to understand vibes and little more
Ended up not taking the role as it seemed poorly thought out

Me inscrevi atraves do Linkedin, e prontamente me mandaram uma mensagem agendando um bate papo breve para o mesmo dia, logo em seguida recebi 6 testes.
O bate-papo foi super rápido e breve. Não houve muitas perguntas e nem foi aprofundado as minhas experiências, falou mais da mudança que a empresa está passando no momento.
4 dias depois recebo a negativa, apesar de possuir o perfil da vaga.
Ou seja, vale mais a IA do que conhecer o candidato a fundo.
