Filled out an initial questionnaire in the application, then was emailed a link to another questionnaire based on a past project. After that, I was scheduled for a phone interview with 2 Developers based on past projects, starting with the project I mentioned in the questionnaire. They were very friendly and welcoming, and they answered all of my questions. This was my first interview and I was incredibly nervous. This company definitely goes out of their way more than most to make you feel comfortable in the interview process. I feel I sold myself short a bit and was not given an offer, but had plenty to take away from the experience. Very grateful they took their time to consider me and would recommend working with them to anyone. They seem to love what they're doing and they seem very easy to get along with.

A series of questionnaires and then an interview. I haven't gotten to the interview yet as it is forthcoming, however the questions in the questionnaires were very straightforward. It has been pretty good so far.
